Ben Bell solo side-project

Things may currently be a little quiet on the band front, but elsewhere in the FO2 universe keyboard player and producer Ben Bell has been working on a solo album, Patchwork Cacophony.

The album’s first half is a mix of progressive-rock instrumentals, mixing long, symphonic tracks such as Sketch of a Day and Brinkmanship with shorter, playful tracks like Dance of the Fleet-footed Heffalumps. The second half is devoted to a half-hour concept suite of nine songs and instrumentals called Dawn Light.

The album is slated for release in December.
